| Cancun has good restaurants for visitors both downtown, and in the Hotel Zone. Restaurants in the Hotel Zone are pricier, are more American in both their decor and menu items than in downtown. There are far more restaurants in the Hotel Zone for visitors, however ther are a few pitfalls, the restaurants in Cancuns Hotel zone are usually noisy and crowded and the food can be bland. If you are looking for authentic spicy Mexican dishes you should head to the restaurants in El centro part of Cancun. Check out the Cancun restaurants in the Parque de las Palapas, just off Avenida Tulum. In this area of Cancun you can find lots of reasonably priced restaurants that specialize in seafood and authentic Mexican dishes. |
